After six years visiting over 175,000 stores analyzing retail trends for the financial services industry through their well-respected consultancy, Retail Eye Partners, Lisa and Sapna combined their business savvy, entrepreneurial spirit and keenness for uncovering the “next big thing” into Mind The Chap.
Launched in the fall of 2012, Mind The Chap was created for the purpose of providing the style-conscious gentleman with a place to find emerging independent designers and brands from all over the globe. The mission: continue to provide the opportunity for men to find edgy brands specializing in high-quality craftsmanship that is less about buying and selling as it is about suiting a lifestyle.
To do this Lisa and Sapna curate Mind The Chap like a gallery; embracing unique points of view and novel design approaches. They seek out those brands whose extremely limited distribution is a result of the processes involved in creating each item. These are not the brands your friends are wearing – they are the ones your friends will be asking you about.
